See photos 5 6 sold as is for parts or repair because of the broken nipples. I looked it up on YouTube and said that when its connected to a furnace goes through capacitor which increases the voltage start. So the loud buzzing may be normal when just plugged into 110 volts . There are two nipples broken off on the housing as shown in photos.

I plugged it into a 110 volt outlet and the motor gave loud buzzing noise. 4 see last photo. Visually, it looks like new.
