It was pulled from a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas power vent water heater. New assemblies run over 3 so this could be a steal for the right person. You can see all the info on the photo with the sticker.

The housing is broken on the inside half, not the half that the motor fan are incorporated into.

If your housing is still intact, you can basically have a brand new vent inducer assembly by changing a half dozen nuts bolts. This item is a new vent inducer or exhaust blower.
